Wow, I didn’t know that
If you had climbed the tallest mountain in the continental U.S., would you tell your kids?
My dad kept this feat to himself – for years. The story only surfaced when my in-laws were meeting him for the first time and they were making small talk.
There he was at the dinner table, talking about how he slept in his car the night before he scaled 14,000 feet only to be deterred just below the peak due to a thunderstorm that stood his hair up.
I couldn’t believe it. I was like, “Why didn’t you tell me this?”
His answer: “I told you I went hiking that weekend.”

Product Updates

Preview of the OurLoveLivesOn.com app
I’m shaping Our Love Lives On to be a product that elicits these stories and packages them to be passed on to future generations.
Here is a preview of what’s in development – I’ll be testing this with users to make sure it’s usable and clear.
I can’t wait to bring it to market when it’s ready!

A Final Note
Thanks for Being Here
It is my hope that OurLoveLivesOn.com and The Weekly Saga newsletter adds value to your life, and life into your days.
I will leave you with a reflection from an early user:
“Everyone has a legacy. At first I didn’t think I have one, but then someone said that over decades you accumulate a lot of stories.”
If you know someone who might be interested in trying life journaling or legacy keeping, I encourage you to send them this email so they can sign up for the waitlist and hear about opportunities to receive discounts for feedback.
P.S. What’s on the table this Thanksgiving? I’d love to hear!
Until next time,
Alice
